Owls Care Health Promotion is excited to announce the restructure of its blog space as a tool students can use to gather healthy tips for the week. Tips will be posted throughout the week and will be based on one of the five content areas covered by Owls Care. This means that students can look forward to tips each week regarding sexual health, alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs, interpersonal violence prevention, healthy lifestyle, and mental and emotional well-being. These tips are meant to be reminders for students to continue striving to be healthy owls. Our first tip: check back each week to see what new tip you can use to enhance your overall well-being as a student here at FAU!

De-Stress with Owls Care This Week!!!

Owls Care Health Promotion is hosting several de-stressing opportunities for students to participate in THIS week .

On tomorrow, December 1st we will be having a Relaxation Station in Davie. On Wednesday December 2nd we will have a Relaxation Station in Jupiter and on the same day in Boca, there will be a Study Break with free coffee and bagels from 1 – 3pm. Later that night we will host an owl painting station at Up Owl Night. To finish our de-stressing events for the week, we will be hosting a Stress Less Festival from 11 – 1pm in Traditions Plaza on Thursday December 3rd.

Come out and de-stress with Owls Care Health Promotion this week, studying for finals will be much easier after these quick study break opportunities!
